  Avoid, avoid, avoid. Absolutely dire to deal with. Keep items on the Vans for weeks. Say they've contacted you but haven't and then dump your stuff somewhere.
  I'm currently hunting down camping gear that the tracking says has been delivered but I have idea where. Also got abused by one of their drivers. Women in the office were mortified when I sent them
  screenshots of the texts get sent. Nothing was done about it. I don't know how they have delivery contracts.

  Find it hard to decide where to begin with these cretins, we have had so many bad experiences with them, from stuff dumped outside the gate (might be for us, might be for a neighbour - Fastway don't care) to endless chasing down of deliveries where the website says delivery attempted but they haven't ventured near the place. We have never had a problem with ANY other courier and we have regular deliveries from all of them - Fastway are out on their own. I've been so fed up that I've tracked down and written to the directors of both the south east franchise and the holding company in Dublin, which elicited some response but little improvement. AVOID IF YOU HAVE ANY OPTION.
